Sierra’s philosophy is “practical, functional and understated”. Being one of the largest medical IT companies, this is the company’s first branch setup in India. An absolute honour to be entrusted with the interior design and execution, our studio had a brand structured guideline to follow but were simultaneously encouraged to be creatively flexible and explore design possibilities.

 Since the parent company is based in Singapore, they wanted green elements, large windows to let in maximum sunlight and an open working scheme with touchdown spaces. While designing, we considered the whole space so that every area contributes to a dynamic journey and sense of movement. 

We used our interiors to inspire and motivate the office workforce with various patterns, fresh planters, inspiring quotes, social spaces, teaming areas and colour therapy. We wanted to create a heart, where people spend time together and share ideas to create a positive vibe and add value to their productivity.
